How to use the Deep Sea Cosmetics Salt Scrub and Body Butter

These are the instructions for using the Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Scrub and Relaxing Dead Sea Body Butter:
Before using the Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Scrub mix it with a spoon or spatula to mix the oils with the salt granules.

For hands:

Use about a heaping teaspoon of the Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Scrub. Work over the bathroom sink and have a towel handy to dry your hands when you are finished the treatment. Put the Relaxing Dead Sea Scrub in the palm of your hand and rub it against your other hand making sure to rub the scrub between your fingers and all over your hands and wrists. Do this for about a minute or two. Next, rinse your hands with water and pat your hands dry with a towel or paper towel. You should notice a difference in the smoothness of your skin from the first application. Next use about ½ to 1 teaspoon of the Relaxing Dead Sea Body Butter and rub it all over your hands and wrists.

For feet:

Use about a heaping teaspoon of the Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Scrub for each foot. Place a large bath towel on the floor. Place a large foot basin or bowl partially filled with warm water on top of it. Have an extra towel handy to dry your feet. Place a chair next to the towel and foot basin. Sit down. After you have mixed the scrub, put it in the palm of your hand and rub it on one foot at a time making sure to rub the soles of your feet, between the toes and up to the ankle. Place the first foot in the basin. Repeat this to the second foot. Place the second foot in the basin. Use the warm water to rinse of your feet. When all the granules are removed dry you feet. You should notice a difference in the smoothness of your skin from the first application. Next use about a teaspoon of Relaxing Dead Sea Body Butter on both feet. If you need more of the Body butter, then use a little more. Throw the dirty foot water in the toilet bowl and flush.

For body:

Use one or two teaspoons in the shower or bath. Rub on all your body parts. Rinse in the shower or bathtub. Be careful because the oils will make the bathtub or shower stall slippery. Make sure to clean the bathroom, bathtub, or shower stall wherever you have used the Salt Scrub with a bathroom cleanser. The areas should be cleaned with a bathroom cleanser thoroughly after using Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Scrub each and every time.

This is not recommended for the face because it can be too harsh. Do not use it on your face.
